Wednesday, December 2, 2020 - Tasted over the course of about 3 hours.
From Cadillac. Cabernet Sauvignon dominant.
Nose is moderate. Mix of strawberries and blackberries. Cedar.
Palate. Still fresh. Medium acidity and medium tannins. Decent mouthfeel. Not much complexity however.
