Thursday, December 3, 2020 - A private dinner (Auriol): From magnum, sequentially decanted into a bottle-sized decanter. Enjoyed this more than last time. Glossy and luscious, all very balanced and well put together. Harmonious. With rib of beef.

12/4/2020 4:59:00 AM - Yes! Excellent with beef or duck, especially the dark meat of a duck. We had lunch at the Chateau and they served it with duck back. Beautiful.
