Saturday, December 12, 2020 - Medium deep purple color. Deep nose of stewed red and black fruits, soft herbs, cocoa, espresso. Dry, rounded acidity, taut tannins, medium taste of ripe blackberry, coffee. (Interesting fact: 100% Syrah but no distinct spice; 42 months in oak but no distinct oak). Medium body. Good balance. Medium finish.
