Saturday, December 12, 2020 - Tart, lighter red fruit, cedar wood, earthy, cranberry, pomegranate. Very young. When I first opened the wine it was like tasting a fruit months before it was ripe. I slow oxed for seven hours followed by a one hour decant. The wine was substantially better, but still not ready. However, it was remarkably balanced and showed great potential. As with all Dunn wines, best not to drink so young.
