Saturday, December 12, 2020 - Decanted 3 hrs, amazing bouquet on opening that only got better, tons of dark fruits and roasted meats flavors, with hints of floral and flint, great acidity, great complexity and a nice long finish. Stored at 55 F definitely has given this a long life. One bottle left...tock tock, can’t wait.
