Sunday, December 13, 2020 - Nose-black & red fruits, lots of game, leather, herbs- mint & spices with a subtle liquor & savory meats. Palate- red & black fruits, lots of acid & minerals with some gamey notes, softer but noticeable and perfectly integrated tannins, some leather & a touch of juicy liquor with an oaky finish. Full bodied with a great long finish. Cellar for a few years +. Great stuff!
