Saturday, December 19, 2020 - In the glass , a light gold - the nose is a medium-plus mix of peaches, lychees, florality, and a slightly smokey pepperiness. It is off-dry, with a rich mouthfeel, with a flavour of dried peaches. Acidity is low , but there is a final twist of dry spiciness , leading into a finish of sweet butterscotch. Drink up over the next two years.
