Friday, December 25, 2020 - Drank this with a nice big ribeye for Christmas dinner, which is the way to go with this wine right now. Black and blue fruit, but not a fruit bomb, good acidity and nice tannins. If drinking by itself give this another 3-5 years otherwise definitely pair this with food after a 2-3 hour decant. A very nice wine.
