Sunday, December 27, 2020 - This has held up really well and should for years to come. It has that lovely aged riesling nose of freshly wet straw with kerosene as well as a touch of dried chicken poo. Balanced mouth of intense lime juice and lemon butter. Long finish of ruby red grapefruit and slate. Seems to be fairly dry with good acid. Not complex but very satisfying.
