Sunday, December 27, 2020 - Bold pinot noir. Needs an hour or so to decant. Black cherry and strawberry on the nose, notes of raspberry, pomegranate, toasted oak, menthol and cocoa. Warm mouth feel, tannis are firm for a pinot and moderate acid adding a spark to the finish.
