Thursday, December 31, 2020 - Typical Barsac, with honey, fig, apricot, nut aromas competing with some vegetable notes of rhubarb, rose and lychies. Overall too sweet and too heavy. Perhaps my tongue is getting less tolerant to such an assault of sugar.
