Friday, January 1, 2021 - On opening the nose is bright raspberry jam, the palate on the lighter side and even lacking some concentration. Picks up some muddy earth and new/polished office building character with time but the bright raspberry persists. Light in body/mouthfeel, tart, but a touch sweet at the same time, and almost no sign of alcohol, this kinda reminds me of the berry flavored Vitamin Water. I generally appreciate lighter and lower alcohol reds but this feels a little lacking in general. For the ~$16 we paid in a Last Bottle mystery pack this is around average qpr but at retail a hard pass. I have a couple other higher level Et Fille bottles, hopefully those show stronger. ~5/10
