Friday, January 1, 2021 - Medium intensity, ruby. Red fruits (quite tart), cassis, hint of garrigue, earthy/cigar box, cassis the dominant flavour with some leather on the pallet. Medium body with good balance, slightly grippy but not overly so, quite high acid/sharp that was not evident so much on day 2. Alcohol quite strong on day 1 but dry. Imagine will be very good. Very young for a top bandol
