Saturday, January 2, 2021 - Deep ruby color to rim. Mostly red fruit with some blackberry and oak in the background. Opened an hour before dinner and could have used more air as it continued to improve during our meal, adding aromatics and a spice note. This may get a little better with more time in the cellar, but tannins are mostly resolved already. I'll drink my other "Clonal Selection" wines over the next couple of years.
