Nose of cut apples, melon rind, apricot stones, and a touch of burned sugar.
Tart citrus, apple pie, some fennel, some flowers in the background.
Blend of 50% Grenache Blanc, 13% Viognier, 14% Marsanne, 22% Roussanne, 1% Picpoul Blanc. Interesting and well made. Might be better in a couple of years.
