Friday, January 8, 2021 - Deep ruby color. Aromas of plum, cherry, hints of blueberry and fig, chocolate, Aleppo pepper. Creamy texture, opulent cherry and dark fruit on the palate, hints of vanilla and anise in the finish. Firm, chalky tannins frame everything. Enjoyable, still room to evolve.
