Friday, January 8, 2021 - Clear pale gold; clean medium plus nose of sweet ripe lemons, lemon blossoms and brioche with woodiness developing after 30 minutes; dry; high acidity; medium plus alcohol; medium plus body; medium plus flavour intensity; palate shows juicy ripe fruit with addition of grapefruit pith and burnt sugar; long finish; drink now; this was a great bottle immediately upon opening that faded fairly quickly - chug it fast as intended
