Saturday, January 16, 2021 - Red fruit predominant. Very nice, smooth. Lighter in style and less tannic than I expected after reading other cellar tracker reviewer’s notes. I don’t see it improving all that much w/ more age. But, I read that others do, so I’ll hold back 1 or 2 of my remaining 3 bottles to find out. If it does improve w/age, it won’t be to reduce the tannins, but to produce more taste nuances.
