However, I note that others on CT have noted similarly underwhelming traits. Unfortunately I probably won’t get a chance to try again any time soon... (The caveat: while I can understand a restaurant wanting to keep the very valuable bottles cool, surely storing wines chilled almost guarantees diners won’t get to experience them at their best. Is this typical? What am I missing??)
