Tuesday, January 19, 2021 - It's been several years since we last had this wine, and it's benefitted from the time sideways. An elegant example of Côte Rôtie, displaying maturity and balance. Lovely texture, subtle but beguiling nose, and a pleasure to drink. Held well over three days under a Vacuvin cork, throwing only a small amount of sediment. Well stored bottles should be in prime drinking window, with years to go.
