Wednesday, January 20, 2021 - PnP and enjoyed over two nights.

Color is light ruby. Very bright nose with pure red fruit, sweet spice, florals, baked bread; needed 20-30 minutes after PnP for nose to show anything. Nice presence on the entry. Medium in body. Medley of just ripe red and blue fruit; red cherry, tart blueberry. Dried herbs on the finish. This wine is showing off some real structure, but still enjoyable now.

Update on night 2: absolutely delicious with lots of stuffing. I get more of a black fruit on the nose relative to last night. Still lots of structure. Certainly needs time but I wasn't mad about drinking this right now given I have more in the cellar.
