Tuesday, January 12, 2021 - Dried cranberries, rose petals, porcini mushrooms, citrus oil on the nose. Dark salty fruit on the palate with an almost syrupy density contained by aromatic acids at the back, wound by some herbal tannic notes. Introverted, brooding, kaleidoscopic. Went well with moules marinières and Caesar salad.
