Sunday, February 7, 2021 - This has developed quicker than I expected, especially color-wise. Nevertheless, the sugar-acid-balance is impeccable and the low alcohol content makes this a perfect Sunday afternoon drink. You can't go wrong with a Fritz Haag riesling, be it dry, semi-dry or sweet. All their wines always show finesse and have this filigranity that I love so much and tend to look out for in Mosel wines. Fully mature but will hold for a few more years.
