Sunday, February 7, 2021 - Pop and poor, neighbors brought over to a Super Bowl party. 90 minutes after opening there’s dark fruit and lots of barrel notes; mature wood, tobacco/cigar dark chocolate. More like a Cabernet than a Merlot, I’ll let my few bottles from this vintage age until 2023 or four before resampling, As I think this has the opportunity to soften and beyter integrate with some time
