Saturday, February 6, 2021 - Opened this to celebrate a big day: new car, new stemware, multiple new cases of wines added to the cellar and this came with me back to the city. Lovely, crisp, fresh, somewhat demure, with notes of chamomile, white citrus, nougat, oatmeal and whole wheat. Light bead, very direct palate. Held up well overnight, no degradation, there is a fennel note and just a touch of sherry-like advancement on the palate. Overall, very nice, understated.
From the back label: first pressing, seven years of bottle aging at the domaine, disgorged June 2015.
