Thursday, February 11, 2021 - Beautiful color in the glass, the nose is completely absent on this wine, almost oddly so. The palate is super subtle as well, defined by mineral. It has a creamy approachable texture wanting you to grab for another sip. We sampled it for a potential white tasting. It didn’t make the list. I rarely am without words when sampling a wine, but this Chablis may be the exception. I attempted it again with some food, but alas the experience was like February 2nd.
