Friday, February 26, 2021 - Uncorked for 10 hours prior to serving into Zalto Burgundy glass (“Fruit” day): Pale ruby to the eyes.

Luxurious bouquet of bright cherry fruits, sage, florals and rose petals. Very nice and elegant. Serve this blind and people guessed Pinots and Syrahs.

Highly balanced palate with good acidity and minerality. Quite tannic but smooth texture.

93-94 points.

13 hours upon uncorked: a lot more rose petals. Still has a long way to go.
