Sunday, September 20, 2020 - Wild salmon in color, this sparkling wine reveals focused aromas of tart strawberry, orange rind, wild cherry and anise on the nose. The mouth feel is medium bodied with brisk acidity and more strawberry elements. The finish is very well balanced with the high acidity and fruit in pleasant balance. 12% abv.

Purchased for $16US, this is a delicious wine that is well balanced. Every sip and taste leaves you wanting more.
