Friday, March 5, 2021 - Nez de fruits jaunes, un peu plus exotiques aussi, ananas, miel, juste assez de tension pour supporter cette rondeur. Assez riche et different des Chardos bien sur, bel équilibre malgré tout et savoureux.

We drink lots of Chards so this is different, a more yellow and exotic fruit profile, some spices, honey, just enough acidity to have balance and support that roundness and richness. 90-91
