Saturday, March 13, 2021 - Very healthy cork. Really dark colour. Didn't really show its ten years age. The nose and taste didn't really match as it came across much more meaty and rustic on the nose but more balanced when you drink it. A very good glass of Californian Cabernet but less elegant than l remember the Caymus wines.
