Sunday, February 21, 2021 - Hell schimmernder Goldton im Glas. In der Nase ein Duft nach gebratenem Apfel, Quitte und etwas Vanille. Im Mund ähnliche Aromen wie in der Nase plus Zitronentöne und andere gelbe Fruchtnoten. Leicht ölig, mittellanger Abgang. Die Süße ist klar im Vordergrund und wird von einer nicht dominanten, milden Säure ganz gut eingebunden. Für mein persönliches Empfinden könnte ein bisschen mehr Säure und eine intensivere Nase vorhanden sein. 89-90

Bright shimmering golden tone in the glass. On the nose a scent of roasted apple, quince and a little vanilla. In the mouth similar aromas to the nose plus lemon tones and other yellow fruit notes. Slightly oily, medium length finish. Sweetness is clearly in the forefront and is quite well integrated by a non-dominant, mild acidity. For my personal feeling, there could be a bit more acidity. 89-90
