Thursday, March 18, 2021 - Third and final bottle, and now I'm sad because this wine is drinking absolutely perfectly right now. My last tasting noted a bit of green-ness but not getting any of that from this bottle. Lots of plum and a bit of menthol/forest floor. It's smoothed out so well with time, but with no signs of oxidation.
