Friday, April 2, 2021 - Nose: sweet, aromatic with hint of honey and citrus, a bit overwhelming bouquet of orange zest.
Palate: citrus zest on the bitter side, medium acidic, medium oaky, almost unctuous but pleasingly so. Peach is suppressed by citrus.
Second day (sealed overnight): Citrus is more reasonable (read: better) to the extent that it drinks like a medium-high acidic Chardonnay. Oakiness is still there, butteriness is slightly reduced but still showing quite well.
