Friday, April 2, 2021 - Ruby, not quite purple. Tarry nose. Dry, pronounced acidity, medium-bodied, with moderate levels of dusty, somewhat bitter tannins. Some sour cherry fruit but not the bright red I was expecting. Mesquite grilled skirt steak should help with the rough edges.
