Wednesday, April 7, 2021 - Had at a restaurant. Open for most of an hour. It was very good and consistent with past vintages. It was also a crowd pleaser. However, I wish I had opened this bottle at home and decanted for a couple of hours. It is very enjoyable now, but needs the air to get it to its maximum current experience.

4/10/2021 9:31:00 PM - Agree. Tasted at the winery last November and the 2017 was disappointing compared to my experience with every other vintage. I find that generally true with the 2017s although like all vintages there are gems out there.
