Thursday, April 15, 2021 - The blended treixadura rerally changes the character of the wine, theres almost a grenache blanc like waxiness, texturally, and a diminsihed acidity. the oak is very present and would prbably be better integrated in a year or two. overall a complex savory , phenolically extracted spanish white, more intellectual than purely pleasurable
