Sunday, April 18, 2021 - Bold and young, I think I should have waited on this one because it has a lot of time left. Aerated and decanted for about 40 minutes and then we drank it over the course of three hours; it stayed pretty consistent and didn't change over course of the night. Very compact, lots of darker berries, chocolate and possibly some tea notes. All in all, a really delicious bottle--going to buy a couple more.
