Saturday, May 1, 2021 - A nice, good buy SB. Nose a mix of lime, lemon, and gooseberry, with some mineral notes. Palate similarly placed with a good limestone minerality, good acid, citrus dominant notes. Balance good, with a slightly astringent, herbal finish. I want to see how this holds up in a couple years.
