Monday, May 3, 2021 - The nose is a bit shy for the first hour, just some spicy plums and roasted sweet bell pepper. More earthy spices and cocoa emerged as it sits in the glass. It is not in your face style, nice balance bet medium-bodied structure, acidity and tannins. The palate is quite spicy with rounded texture. Easy drinking. Ready with some decanting and this should age well for the next 2-3 years. But this is not made for extensive cellaring.
