Monday, April 12, 2021 - Deep yellow, viscous, and daybright. Aromas of ripe melon, peach, apricot, as well as mint, pepper, and some grey rocks. Full bodied and somewhat waxy, yet well balanced by mouthwatering acids, and also some back alcohol heat, with ripe peach, nectarine and apricot flavours, some almonds, mint, rocket leaves, and pepper, as well as a slight bittersweetness at the back. Medium length and fairly complex. Classic Condrieu, and a pretty pleasurable one
