Friday, May 7, 2021 - Fresh and Acid in perfect harmony. Pinot Noir dominant with Chard & Pinot Meunier. Bubbly with creamy Mousse - notes of Green Apple, Brioche, Peach & Almond. Long finish with a touch of dryness. A super value bubbly.
