Sunday, May 23, 2021 - Two bottles with identical characteristics for family Sunday dinner (gammon).
Green/gold. Aromatic dried stoned fruit and a lashing of citrus. Integrated vanilla oak, gentle viscosity and plenty of green field-herb with a touch of asparagus. Pebbly. Weighty with a long dry finish. Superb if somewhat pricey for the quality (viz.Domaine de Chevalier, SHL et al).
At its peak and say for another 5 years.
