Tuesday, May 25, 2021 - Good again, a bit more than one year later. Much the same profile, moderate rich and full, none of the 'lemon custard' (was it really there!) but that softness is still notable, almost a bit of light honey bended with the citrus, just a bit more than a caress of a finish in the layering of the acid and fruit. Drank before dinner over four nights, enjoyable throughout.
