Wednesday, May 26, 2021 - PnP and then letting it open in the glass over an hour... so familiar with Aaron Pott’s wines, I wasn’t sure what to expect. This one over delivers and is an absolute knockout today, even with just 45 minutes in. Having a really impressive multi fruit color spectrum (black, dark red, blue) - cassis, plum, dark sweet cherry and blueberry liquor, granite, damp earth leads to a wonderfully long finish. Really well done.
