Thursday, May 27, 2021 - Cork broke in half and was very dry. Dark in color for Pinot, dark maroon. Very jammy and medicinal on the nose. Medium tannin for a 2005 with a medium but soft finish. Savory and no fruit on the mouth. This still taste young. Would hold off on drinking for another 5 years. 90-91
