Friday, May 28, 2021 - Great representation of FLX Riesling! The malolactic fermentation softens the acidity nicely, bruised apple and lime zest on the nose, with a hint of petrol. Lots of green apple, lime, and wet stone on the palate, with an impressively lengthy finish
