Tuesday, May 18, 2021 - 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot
from mounds of gravel and 15-metre (50-foot) high alluvial hills
in the middle of Margaux.
Manual harvest. Vinified by lot in gravity fed stainless steel vats.
3-week maceration, followed by malolactic fermentation.
50% new oak barrels.
13.97% Abv.

A(ccuray)=2: Med deep ruby/red. Intense, floral Margaux.
B(alance)=3: Distinctive fruit with polished structure.
C(omplexity)=2: Berries, plum, graphite, violet, mineral.
D(epth)=2: Plush mouthfeel. Full palate and lingering finish.
