Sunday, May 30, 2021 - December 2017 disgorgement. Super dark read in color. Agree with some notes that this bottles hit a bit sweet at first, but it’s sweetness through the fruit, showing some berry and apples. Finishes with strong acid the lingers making it feel a bit more complete. I think I liked the 2018 disgorgement version better, but this is a crowd pleaser amongst the group.
