Thursday, January 8, 2009 - Howard Ripley 2007 Burgundy Tasting (Middle Temple, London): Cask sample. Dark fruited, spicy, some oak evident but seems in proportion. Comparatively full on the palate, with good acidity and fruit and a lingering finish. Promising.
