Saturday, June 5, 2021 - perfect level and cork, quite remarkable still green-straw colour, no sign of its 22 years, superb nose, really fresh but with great power, so complex, hints of buttery Chardonnay but very much in the background, palate also a combination of freshness, depth, power and length, wonderful wine, a privilege to be able to drink at this level, will hold but perfect now
